The schedule will be as follows (by last name):

Majors players evaluations (ages 11-12)
A – D 8:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
E – H 9:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
J – P 10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Q – Z 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Minors players evaluations (ages 9-10)
A – D 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
E – H 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
J – P 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Q – Z 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

If you are unable to attend during your scheduled time, please email Darek Grant at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can either add you to another time during that day, or schedule the player evaluation for Friday evening. The team draft will follow evaluations.

I would like to remind everyone that the draft will be done accordingly by league rules, and in a fair and consistent manner. I know there has been interest for some players to be together on a team. As has been stated consistently by the league, this sort of a request is not guaranteed. We will do our best, as we have every season, to accommodate specific player requests. We look forward to a fun and exciting youth baseball season, and we always strive to achieve this for the players. Thank you for your understanding and support.

For the lower levels - Double A (ages 7-8), Single A (ages 5-6), and Tee Ball (ages 4-5), players do not have evaluations at this age. We will be notifying you of your team assignment the week of April 7th. Stay tuned.

Players need to have a glove, league approved bat (stamped USA), and helmet for evaluations. Bats and helmets will be available for those who need them.
